Expired passport for medicals
good evening all, please any advice will be appreciated. I received a rfe for medicals , today i decided to go around and check where I can do all the 3 places I went are requesting for a valid proof of ID. my international passport expired last month. I have 3 weeks to respond to the rfe . I don’t know what to do, I am in Houston Tx incase of any recommendations. please don’t just like or type Ff on the post. I really need help. I’m from a country that will take like 6 month or more to receive your passport if you apply for renewal

my priority date is early November 2024 and applied through normal processing, it’s been 10 months since I filed my case, but no update yet…
any idea which block is being processed nowadays and when to expect result of my block? IOE09284

do you guys think any chance of RFE? or i should opt for PP to expedite process? I know it’s useless to expedite because date is not close but still for peace of mind..

FINANCIAL AID WITH PENDING VAWA
hello,i got a pending vawa since march 4th 2022 .
i never received a prima facie i only got a 5 years advance parole and a 5 years employment authorization.
i want to go to school for my LPN .can i apply for FAFSA? if yes under which category.i feel so sad because i’ve been in the country since 2015 i want to go back to school, i want to have a career i’ve been waiting for my vawa to get approved for over 3 years now. my ex husband is not helping me with our child,i need to have a sturdy income.
I’m exhausted, this process is eating me alive .,sometimes ifeel like giving up.😤
withdraw vawa and remarried.
I filed a VAWA case in March 2022. In March 2024, I remarried and filed I-485, I-765, and I-130. I didn’t know I needed to withdraw my VAWA, and my lawyer said it wouldn’t affect the new case. A few months ago, USCIS told me they couldn’t process my new filings until a VAWA decision (about 45 months). I then sent a withdrawal letter with my divorce and new marriage certificates. USCIS updated the system showing they received my withdrawal, but it’s been 91 days and I haven’t received any response. However, on August 14 they sent a notice saying they reused my biometrics for my I-765.
Has anyone had a similar experience?

Anyone experienced that? We need to send evidence to prove that the benefiary former marriage was fully ended#USCIS states that we presented fraudulent evidence…..almost 4 years of waiting and this!
