NOID to RFE!
Hi
I did PP on August 16, 2025 on my case after waiting almost 18 months. My PD is May 2024. After requesting for PP I got NOID on my case at 45 business days ( December 19, 2025). Then, I responded the NOID by January 14, 2026 to USCIS. Today, again after 44 business days of NOID response I got RFE. I am really frustrated about this scenario. I thought I will got either denial or approval. However, USCIS sent RFE to my case. If someone faces this type issue kindly give your insightful response. Is there any chance to get approval after RFE response? or I need to think for refile the case. Thanks to all.

What did they ask you for in your noid?

They asked to submitted new employment letter including job duties from my previous job. Initially, I submitted employment letter where job duties were not included.

@MD TANBIR KHAN its weird they gave NOID only for job duties with your strong profile.

I understand how frustrating this is, but your case is still very much alive.
A NOID followed by an RFE is not a denial path. It usually means USCIS reviewed your NOID response and decided the case is approvable if additional issues are clarified. If they intended to deny, they could have done so after the NOID.
Legally:
USCIS may issue multiple requests (NOID, then RFE) during adjudication
Issuing an RFE means they are continuing to evaluate, not closing the case
Your premium processing clock resets after each response, so the timing you’re seeing is consistent
So yes, there is still a real chance of approval.
At this stage, the focus should be:
Respond precisely to each point in the RFE
Address any concerns directly and clearly
Submit organized and complete supporting evidence
It is too early to consider refiling. You still have an active petition and an opportunity to resolve the remaining issues.
I know the back-and-forth is exhausting, but the fact that USCIS issued an RFE instead of denying is a meaningful opportunity to get this approved.
