RFE I-130 Signature missing for online filling
Hi!
my husband and I filled the I-130 form a year ago online.
We received an RFE yesterday asking for my husband (the beneficiary) signature on the I-130 form. I am very confused because he did signed online digitally the form before submitting it.
Has someone been in the same situation?

hello guys, please I need your advice and comments, my Vawa got approved September 2022 and I’m still yet to receive medical rfe i693 for my i485, that’s the only case file pending, the only issue I have now is my work permit is expiring august 2024 and I work at a financial center which always requires I have an active work permit,When would you say I start the renewal process, I have seen people on this platform say it takes months and years to get the renewal so I’m thinking when is the best time to apply for a renewal
at this point I’m giving up ! every time I call the call center they tell me to call back in 2025 . FO Queens NY

I had my interview at a US consulate early this month. the interview went very well and the office said she was going to issue my visa, however, something changed after and she looked at the computer and said I was going to be placed under administration processing. She gave back my civil documents and kept my police reports from two separate countries and said they’ll need it for the process. Also, she said I was going to receive a form to fill out it’s been ten days now and I have not received anything . please share you experience and how long I took to clear under admin processing. thank you
