Hello, My parents had an interview at the US embassy in Amman, Jordan 27 July 2023 for R5 visa and my mother’s was approved but my father’s visa required administrative processing (yellow slip) with no missing any documents just asking for more information. I submitted the requested information on 28 July 2023’ but am still waiting for a response. Any advice please? #AdministrativeProcessing

F2A- I-485 Administrative closed a month after response to RFE(Medical) PD 22March 2022

Hi everyone, This strees of not knowing what is in the notice is killing me. All my cases has been approved (I-131, I-130, I-765). I was only expecting my I-485 gets to decision…but all of the sudden got update as Administatively Closed!!! No asylem or any pending case!! All documents has been uploaded compeltely through my lawyer!! Not in removal processing!!! I can not think about any reason!!!! Anybody has same experience???? please!!??!!? Thanks

I-140 Appel Denied with New I-140 (Before Sep-2022)

My I-140 Appel was denied last week 09/26/2023. After notice the Visa Bulletin in Sep.2022 I applied another I-140 / 485 / 765, that’s I already got the EAD valid until 2026. My question is: My status today is coming from the previus 485/140 (Appel Denied) or my new 140 with EAD expires 2026?

any positive experience (time matters) with 131 advance parole renewal? planning to apply for my renew but agent said it is taking up to 17 months :( at Nebraska Center. with this tremendous retrogression USCIS could at least make automatic extension for that.

I’m working on my N-400 and have overlapping residency dates since I study in Taxes while my permanent home and spouse are in another Massachusetts • Studying in Taxes for school. • Permanent home and spouse in Massachusetts.
