Hello @Michael Scott , you should get an acknowledgment within the next few days. First off, you sent a lot of documents in the middle of several pending applications. Second off, central processing has to be certain you used the right forms and all is well with your applications. An acknowledged copy from USCIS means they can now process, otherwise, they would normally return your application, asking you to change it accordingly. I trust these helps.

it’s normally 2-3 weeks. however, if you use the chat with Emma function and chat with a live agent they may be able to provide your receipt numbers on the chat. they will usually ask for some information - name, date of birth and address.

@Abraham's Seed ToP and @Michael Scott what Abraham said is true. I mailed my I-485 packages on 10/10 and I got the notice of receipt after 8 days. The packages contained 4 applicants. Everything went well!

I sent on October 9 @National benefit center and it was received on October 12. I got receipt notice on October 23. it may take 3-4 weeks. My pd is December 21,2022.

@Sa O You should normally have your biometrics appointment notice once your application has been processed. What that means is that if you had a pending I485, your biometrics appointment should come within 8 weeks of your I485 acknowledgment of application. I hope that helps

@Sa O still nothing. It will be 4 weeks this Friday. I will let you know once I get the notice. My lawyer said it might be as long as 6 weeks

My biometric is done already. I had given biometric to USCIS already for some other reason few years ago and it utilizes the previous one, mentioned me in the notice.

@Sa O The Biometrics appointment letter, your international passport and a good attitude. Some people take a file containing all USCIS correspondence. However, the process usually lasts less than ten minutes. Best Wishes

@Abraham's Seed ToP What does it signify when my AOS is under CRP? I submitted my medical with the application, and my Priority Date is 12/06/22. Does this imply a potential interview waiver? I'm yet to receive my EAD or advanced parole. Appreciate any insights. Thank you.

Hello @Sa O . Your final action date is next according to the visa bulletin. It is currently in November 2022, so 12/06 is pretty close. As far as the EB2NIW is concerned, you are guaranteed an interview waiver. You may no longer require the Combo Card (AP & EAD), because your soon coming Green Card answers the need. USCIS choose to work like that many times to prudently allocate resources. Finally, CRP is a great place to be and barring any unforseen issues, you'll scale through. Before the CRP, you should have received all the necessary RFP's from the adjudication officer if they're unclear about certain areas. Once their concerns are answered ans you're good to go, you get the CRP due to retrogression. I hope i answered your questions. Many thanks

@Sa O It has been approved, just not yet uploaded on your case. I have seen cases where the update says the card is being produced, yet the approval is not yet posted. Let me know once you have an update, usually within 72 hours.
