@Wesli Guzman after I did E-requests on both my forms (I-130 & I-485) they started working on them. I honestly believe they forget about our forms sometimes

@yaely t soy hijastro y querían asegurarse de que cuando mi padrastro se casó con mi madre yo tuviera menos de 18 años. y luego de eso pusieron una entrevista y ni sistema había y creo que se olvidaron de reprogramar la cita porque de verdad que ya es mucho tiempo.

@Sept 16th, 2022 . they say on the uscis processing time that I should do a request in February 23 2024 but it always changes for more time of waiting.

@Wesli Guzman in my case, yes they did respond. my I-130 change to actively reviewing withing the month then it got approved the next day. it's not guaranteed to work but worth a try. they also told me a previously that my case was within normal processing time as the average approval time at my Field office was 31.5 months.

@Wesli Guzman when you're submitting the request for the I-485, on the form select form type "I-485 Other". if you choose I-485 family base it won't recognize your receipt number for the for I-485

did you try with your congressman? I saw so many people ask for a letter from they, and help a lot the case going really fast after they letter!!

@yaely t parece que tardan más, a mi también solo me ha llegado el permiso de trabajo hace más de un año ya.

el mio tardó casi 700 dias para la aprobación de USCIS , sería bueno que enviaras request a ver qué contestan, de ahí para allá después de la aprobación, si tienes los documentos al día , todo es rápido

@wil galvis creo que tendré que hacerlo. cual era el tiempo de procesamiento de tu field office?

en su momento 12-18 meses , el mío comenzó en Nebraska pero pasó a Texas, no se porque pero si se demoraron casi 2 años en la aprobación, pero pasó algo peculiar que yo envíe un request preguntando que pasaba porque el tiempo de procesamiento ya había pasado, y me enviaron un correo con la aprobación del caso, diciendo que mi caso se había aprobado casi 2 meses atrás , por eso recomiendo mucho el request , se sale mucho de dudas
