Seems like who are stuck are stuck
Folks, anybody whose PD is current starting October 1st 2023, are you seeing any movement in your case ? My case still @ TSC. My I-140 was approved in Sep 2022 and AOS case filed in August 2022. So it’s almost 14 months wait till now for me. EB-1A case, just got my EAD in July 2023. No AP, no case transfer.
Does sponsor’s spouse/wife have to sign as well?
Long story short, I got RFE and I need to bring a sponsor.
I got someone that would be my sponsor, that actually makes pretty good and he filled his tax return with his wife together.
He wants to sign for me but doesn’t want to involve his wife, can he apply to be my sponsor by himself while he does his taxes with his wife together?
If yes, how?
Thanks, that’s pretty much the last step to the GC!
BTW, he’s a business owner and actually the only worker in he’s house (he’s wife is a house wife)
Approved!!
Hey guys!! I saw the second review update yesterday and I was approved today. For those waiting please be patient your time will surely come!!!

Filing For both Parents
Submitted my application Dec 6th 2022 for both parents. One is showing Actively under review while the other one is still showing Application has been received. When I check on the status, it says My Case is taking longer than Expected. I'm confused at this point cuz I don't even know what is going on anymore.
Anyone in similar situation and what was the outcome?
Thankd
No updates on case says Emma
I was told that they don’t have access when the case is reviewed. Well, it’s hard to get a read on what’s going on.
Anyone in the same timeline with me having some updates? my rfe hasn’t been reflected in I-130 for a few months.
sincerely hope this journey can be done soon since it’s only going to be a conditional card. Feel awful for people who have to wait for years.
good luck to everyone
