just make sure you sent all the correct documents. you should also have a English translation of your marriage certificate if you don’t already, and have it nortarized (that’s what they asked for my RFE). also make sure every document is physically clear so they can see everything. if all of that is good they shouldn’t send an RFE but they might if they feel the need to.

if they need RFE they will let you know.

we filed ours by ourself we didn't translate our wedding certificate which is on Italian language so after a year they sent for evidence only on my wife divorce degree and we respond the next day but since then we haven't hear from them

about 7 months we upload and mail the other pages of her divorce document, but we upload them the time we filed ours just not all and we quickly added them when requested from uscis since then no update from them
