AP approval pending
Any 2022 India filers waiting for AP approval? i am so lost looking at the pattern of approvals and losing hope will get mine anytime sooner.

@NJ Jha I am still waiting for my AP. case filed August 2022. I-140 approved on September 2022.

@NJ Jha I tried in April this year but nothing happened. two days ago TSC transferred my I-485 case to NBC. I think they forgot my case that’s why it took that long. generally TSC if they don’t forget, they transfer immediately after I-140 approval

been waiting since December 2022, EB1B filer. Tried to expedite via the congressperson here, they denied her request too. Unbelievable, honestly.

in our case, EB1 was filed 1 Jul 2022, primary AP was approved in May 2023 but dependent AP is pending as are our 485s.. called local congressman's office last week, but without luck. They will follow up with USCIS only if there is an emergency
