Evidence showing My mariage is real after legal separation for petition to remove condition on green card
I received a letter from USCIS asking for evidence showing that my marriage is real.
Initially I went to the interview without my formal wife cause we are now separated and she is living in another state. The interview didn't go as expected cause of my formal wife not showing up. I received a letter today from USCIS stating that I have 30 days to mail them evidence that our marriage is genuine. I'm actually in the process of getting a divorce. I have all paper about everything we shared together while we were together such as insurance (car, health, dental, life, home), lease contracts, joint bank accounts, bills even initial letters from friends and family. I'd like to know what strong evidence and extra evidence do I need to provide?
Thank you.

NVC and pay.gov issue.
hello lawfully fam.
anybody here having a similar issue?
I paid both AOS and IV fees. both of which have been deducted from my account already. then i got an emain saying my payment has been rejected so i reached out to the NVC inquiry via email who told me to reach out to pay.gov but now pay.gov redirected me to NVC again. it’s been almost a month now since I made the payment. guess what?!! my so called rejected payment is still not credited back into my bank account.
this is frustrating!!!!!
anybody in this situation? what did you do?
did you pay again? or waited to get it all cleared out?
