NVC case number received but I-360 is still pending?
Dear all,
I submitted my application for VAWA to USCIS.
Today I have an email from NVC with a case number.
I thought that USCIS send the case if the case is approved.
My VAWA case is still pending since 2020 ,when I look my case status.
Why does NVC send me a case number?
Does anyone have an experience like this?
I very much appreciate it, if someone can answer me.

Finally approved after 2+ years. DC / Fairfax field office. First RFE was for birth certificate and second for medical. Interview waived. Hope this helps reassure any September 2021 filers out there.

Anyone in a similar similar situation 🥺🥺🥺
RFE for I-485 was received with a green check on June 23rd but it’s showing in my account now that they received it 10/02 after sending me an email that they’ve taken an action on my case….. progress tab for I-765 has been showing 1 week for 5 days and it changed to taking longer than expected today… I’m having mixed feelings now . anyone with similar experience, or has any idea about what’s going on?

finally alhamdulllah I got the second activity reviewed today and when i checked under document i saw the aprroval

Can anyone has the same case like mine .
I have filed i130 in July 2022 and then file i360 in March 2023 . Processing timeline starts from where ? do they count i130 petitions timeline too ?
I saw a post where a guy filed i360 after i130 and got approved in 15 months .

Nvc inquiry
Hi guys, I was wondering if sending in an inquiry to nvc after i got DQ and am just waiting for the interview letter will affect my process and make it longer? Its been 8 business days and 12 days overall (including weekends) and I just want to know if they sent it out to the embassy since my embassy is waiting on them to send it.
USCIS Website No Longer Lists Different Processing Times for I-601A I601A at Potomac and Nebraska - Only HART
When you now check current processing times for I-601A on the USCIS website, you no longer select the location of Nebraska or Potomac. Now the only option is to select "All Service Centers". It also has this note:
"Notes
As of Jan. 29, 2023, the Humanitarian, Adjustment, Removing Conditions and Travel Documents (HART) Service Center is the only service center processing this form type. The posted processing time listed on this page includes all HART completions."
Current processing time shows that 80% of all cases are completed within 44 months, which is the same as has been listed for Potomac for a few months now. #I-601A #I601A #HART #Processing
