did someone have a situação which needed to have a friend or familiar sponsor to fiancé to get married with a citizen? does the income have to be a estimated one at f the year will be the married date ( for ex. if get married in 2023, the income have to be about 2022 filled or the estimate)?
and how much income have to have to fiancé and child? thank you

First you need to check 2023 poverty guidelines in the state where the U.S. citizen lives. Also you have to check the household size. If it's a family with 3 people, according to the poverty guidelines your household size is 4, if the number of people is 4 so you need to check poverty guidelines for household size of 5 ( You always need to add 1+ more person). Poverty guidelines changes according to the state because some states had different minimum wages. If petitioner's annual income is above the annual income in the poverty guidelines, you don't need co-sponsor.
