Prossising time!
hi guys have question pls , so 1month ago my uscis account showed me that my Prossising time for i130 takes 2weeks to get next step , than they change it to it take longer than expect ! i think lot of ppl has same issues !,,, but now i checked again i find it 1 week to take next step ! is that mean something or same as first time , they will change it to tke longer…. thanks pls if u have any experience like this add comnt
no confirmation of RFE receipt from USCIS after two months
Hello my lawyer told me she sent the answer for Request of evidence since almost 2 months but I never received confirmation from USCIS and when we call they said they never receive it. my lawyer is very bad, it’s hard meet him or contact him on phone, I told her to send another document online but she said we don’t need it it’s a normal procedure. I don’t want to see my case dinied, I have 3 months to send the documents and it’s already 2 months.
Has anyone ever experienced a similar situation?? what do you recommend ??
Since I-485 RFE Response Submitted
I’ve got my RFE on Feb 2023 and Submitted those on March 7 2023. There was no update since then until 9/19/2023. I submitted those via only online accounts and finally got an update saying “Response received on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 2:25 p.m. EDT. We will review the evidence.” in the detail below. Still the main status is saying March 7, 2023
“Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received”.
I talked to a Emma agent this morning and he said the last update is they reviwed it on 9/19/2023.
I know this sounds hectic, but anybody has had simliar situation?? I’ve already got my combo card in June 2023.
I wonder how fast they update status once they say it’s reviewed. Sharing any thought would be appreciated.
