Seeking Advice on N-400 Application with Potential Overlap in Residency Dates Due to Student Living Situation
I’m working on my N-400 and have overlapping residency dates since I study in Taxes while my permanent home and spouse are in another Massachusetts
• Studying in Taxes for school.
• Permanent home and spouse in Massachusetts.
How should I list these residencies without causing confusion for USCIS? Has anyone had a similar experience or can offer guidance?

60 days after responding to RFE
it’s been 60 days since I responded to medical RFE and I do not have any update on I-485 .
I checked with live agent through Emma and they created a request for me and asked if me or my spouse work for US military . my husband works for US military.
they created request and told to wait for another 30 days
anybody with similar experience ?
do these requests work ?
EB2-NIW while on pending Asylum
Hello Everyone. would like to hear from any one that has gone through EB2-NIW while on pending Asylum successfully. How did you navigate the consular processing stage ? I intend to go through with this very soon so I would like to be aware of the challenges ahead if any or to know if possible or not.
I130 is now 54.5 months to process
This is madness plus craziness , why do they keep increasing the processing months? the president needs to address this, it’s getting ridiculous!!!!
