Hello good morning to everyone
somebody else noticed that the processing time changes for work permits know is 4.5 months and for travel documents change to less time .?
it's someone like me in the community that have before a pending asylum but is close in the court with the judge and travel to his country or another one with the travel document and waiting for vawa processing??

For the second time i got update from USCIS case tracking that your case is actively reviews by USCIS om September 27th 2023. They received my I-130 case on august 10th 2022 and i got update on August 20th 2022 that case is actively reviewed. Any thoughts on this scenario?? #I-130 #Prossesing time #case is being actively reviewed

False Accusation of fraud
I went with my wife (been married over 5years)in May 2023 for my Citizenship and removal of condition interview. Officer asked me to leave for the lobby and interviewed my wife for over 40mins. She told my wife to leave without interviewing me, saying another round of interview would be scheduled because of lack of time slot for the day. He told my wife someone reported I paid my wife for immigration benefit which she debunked.
This is really completely false on us as we have been married for over 5years with 2 of her child and 2 of mine both from previous marriages. It’s been 5 months plus after and no correspondence has been sent from USCIS yet. All paperwork was filed by us. self filed with some research.
I need professional advices on the way forward, I am in the Houston,TX area.

i130 got approved over 30 days yet, i485 not moving.
The parole just got approved, yet the i485 still processing, does it mean they need more time to check it? or am I approved based on the parole and the 130.
also the advance parole is valid for just one year, what does it mean? anyone had the same issue?
can someone advise it’s killing me 🥹🥹🥹
