How many biometrics appt do I need for AOS with EAD/AP?
We field for AOS, and we both did our biometrics ( case type marked as 485, EAD).
My wife then got another biometric appts for case type AP ( they just took her signature).
However, I didn’t get the second one even though we are on the exactly same timeline?
Does it mean that I will definitely get a second one, it’s only a matter of time?
Or is it possible that I may not require the second one?

Applying for diversity lottery while asylum case is pending
I entered the US on a tourist visa and applied for asylum after four months. However, the customs officer stamped my I-94 to allow me to stay for only one month. Have I violated my status? Can I apply for the diversity lottery and adjust my status if I win?

I called my attorney he said does it mean they didn't receive the medical response and said let's wait to see why they deny it because of the options they said I have on the denial notice they are sending. My question here is if it was because they did not receive the medical, what can I do in this situation, please.

My medical was submitted and received over a month ago yet no EAD or AP or any approval...I have had timeline run down to one week to decision twice on EAD/AP and moved back to taking longer than expected to process....What is really happening????? I have chatted with Emma and she said everything is processing well...
