Receipt missing
My EB2 NIW petition got approved on July 13, 2023. I filled out my DS260 on August 30,2023. My lawyer sent them the documents the same day but it’s been over a month and we haven’t received the receipt saying they got the documents. Is this normal? How long after the receipt do I get my DQ?
I’m starting to worry something is wrong

Ironically, they denied my brother F1 student visa at the US embassy in Lagos, Nigeria just yesterday and my i130 was approved on same day. God will complete what he has started, and come through for you all and younger brother who is pursuing his own career too.

What does "shortly" mean?
Hello. I received an RFE for my medical form for my pending I-485. My response to the RFE was received on August 4. Yesterday, I submitted a service request because I did not hear from USCIS in 60 days, and this morning, I received this email from USCIS:
"Below is a summary of what we have found. Your case is under active review by an immigration officer. You should be receiving a decision or notice of further action at the address of record shortly. If you have not received a decision or notice of further action within 60-days of this response, please feel free to submit a new inquiry by calling the USCIS Contact Center."
What do you think they mean by "shortly"?
