RFE .. may 26, 2023 filers.. juat got an RFE on I-485 after 144 day for mom's case . hoping its for medicals and nothing more.. RFE status has changed but don't see it under document tab ? Not sure if RFEs show up on USCIS online account or not.. will appreciate any input

My PD is March 2023 and I opted for Consular processing as I didn't think I would be in the US at the time. Now, I got a b1b2 visa,
(1)Can I travel to the US and opt for AOS.
(2) Will the March PD be current for AOS in another 90 days?
