Expedited processing
Hey guys,
Has anyone had luck expediting their i131 over the phone? I submitted a request a week and a half ago. They are supposed to respond within 7 business days but I’m just wondering how common that timeframe that actually is…

same expedited mine 2 weeks ago and I haven’t received any emails. I-131 pending for over 11 months. Reached out to Emma and they said no updates on my case as yet

@renica s yep we’re in the same boat! mines been processing for 10.5 months at the NBC and their avg processing time is 9.5 months so I don’t really get it. where is yours processing?

@Jackie Green I used congressman and I just heard back from them after exactly 1 month. They're asking for documents to prove I need my EAD expedited.
They also told me 7 days at first, and then 3 weeks. .. ended up taking 1 month to hear anything back and it's not even concluded yet.

@Jackie Green mine is at NBC so is my I-485..this is the worst I’ve ever waited in my life

@Dragan Mirkovic wow thank you. 20 months is absolutely insane. I hope your document arrives ASAP! it’s wild because I saw a post on here recently from a lady that called to expedite and her reason was “it’s my wedding anniversary and I want to travel with my husband”, and they approved her on the spot… I don’t understand that. I have a legitimate humanitarian reason so I’ll keep trying.
