transfer to local field office
Hellow guys . if someone hv same experience . my pd is August 2022 . got the rfe same month submitted online . after 10 months approved my work permit nd traveling document . nd now online account it’s says Monday September 18.2023 1.30 pm we will receive the evidence . nd I talk to Emma there they says your case been transferred to local field office . does anyone hv same experience how long more take to get approved ?

if they didn't sent you a transfer letter, it is illegal. call your local congressman. I had the same experience, the day my congressman contacted them about it, they updated my case that same day

you go to house.gov to search for your representative in your area, then visit their site and there should be something like "help with federal agency", then submit your issues with USCIS. make sure to state they never sent a transfer letter within 30-60 days

it all depends on your representative. thank God mine is a good one.. 😂 but they are supposed to respond within a certain time frame. different states have different time frames.
