my application has been processed for 30 business days, I know it hasn’t been 45 business days but I have seen people submit their applications later than me got approved. should I be worried… how long does it usually take to be approved nowadays at Nebraska center?

Expediting EAD and 485
Hi all,
I recently lost my job but have a new offer ready. I have an approved I-140 under EB1A, and my priority date is current. Instead of transferring my H-1B, I’d prefer to start working once my GC EAD is approved, so I don’t have to deal with H-1B transfer risks and delays.
Has anyone successfully expedited their EAD in a similar situation or any other reason where you had to expedite the process and were successful?
Any tips would be appreciated — trying to plan my next steps smartly.

Timeline for approval after PD becomes current!
Hi everyone.
My question is, does USCIS has a timeline that they should approve your case after your PD becomes current?
My PD is June 16,2021 and it became current this month. My process is currently at a Field Office in Indiana. I live in Massachusetts!
My husband and I have sent RFE (Medicals) to them back on September/22. I guess it probably expired.
Jow long should I wait to request a response on our case, or even contact the senators?

time line
has anyone else’s estimated time changed? mine was at “longer than expected but within processing time” to “12 months”. our pd is march 31, 2024. i know we shouldn’t go based off the estimated time BUT why would it reset to 12 months?? this is so annoying. if only the website provided more information on the case status or reason for the change of estimated time. also, is anyone paying the premium here? if so, do you recommend it?
