Based on my personal analysis, for the F2A category, it is currently on hold for the 75 banned countries. This pause is because the NVC does not want to move the files forward. Thus, it is relatively on hold, and I expect it will not proceed until further notice.

July 2023 still waiting. my thing is why are they holding up the process for countries which are not on a ban. This is crazy. my husband green card holder residing in the us, and my family n i 🇹🇹 . I would really like to know how this system works because uscis said by November 15th 2026 we could have asked a question or reach out to them. but when you go on their site your seeing where the date to ask questions keep moving forward to a later date. crazy
