hi! I had an interview in Hartford 3 weeks ago. it went well and the officer told me that he is gonna approved my case. but nothing change yet. do you guys have any experience? my pd is 08/2021. thank you in advance!

I-130 approval - Email from USCIS

My I-130 was approved on Monday and i got an email saying “we have taken an action in your case” and have keep recieving 2 email a day sonce then with the same msg. has anyone experienced the same situation, what was the reason behind?

After 3 long years my son I -130 was Approved thank you Jesus 🎊what a birthday gift ❤️.

Please help if possible, Can I apply New EAD card based on pending I485( marriage base) and renewal Asylum based EAD card at the same time? Is there any problem with applying for both EAD cards based on different categories at the same time. my attorney mentioned, I can not apply both EAD same time. does anyone face same problems?

My husband is a LPR and we live in the states. We filed the I-130 in August 2022 and it's currently processing through the CA service center. I had 1 week left for approval but then my case changed to "case is taking longer than expected". Has anyone with my priority date been approved yet?

for Vawa applicants, I know it’s confidential. but can we check the updates by receipt numbers? for example, case transfered, bio booked/or old one used, rfe request sent/received, EAD approved and card sent? thanks all

no priority date on receipt notice

for recent filers who received receipt notice, was your priority date on the receipt notice? I just received them and all of mine (i360, 485, 765 and 131) has no PD. I did filed i130, 485, 131 and 765 in the past but they have been withdrawn before I submitted my vawa petition so they don’t exist anymore.

change of apartment before stamping h1b

Hello everyone! Do you know if I can move to another apartment in the same city (near 6miles from my actual home) before going traveling to my birth country for getting the H1b stamping (December) . Take into account that my h1b was approved and now I’m h1b but in USA , my job is remote, and also I will have the option that my name will keep on the leasing agreement of my actual Home, since my roommate still will live there. Receipt notice waiting time

Spouse’s and my I-485 application were delivered on October 4 with separate envelopes. I got a receipt notice the following day. We haven’t heard anything from USCIS about spouses application. Her payment is not processed either. Should we be concerned about it being lost somehow? what can/should we do?
