Combo card renewal based on 485 with Vawa approval
I have question. Vawa is approved. 485 is pending. need to renew combo card in next 15 days. 1. anyone here sent renewal to any other center than Vermont and got combo card approved sooner ? 2. those sending combo card to Vermont I believe then case is transferred to another center, which center is that? can’t we directly send renewal to that center? or send renewal to Lee Sumit or something ?

Recently USCIS Emma has been abondoning my chats and hanging up when I call. Do others have same experience? waiting for I130 since may2022. I am unable to log service request for case follow up. Is this a bad sign? Guessing cases that go to NBC just die. It does not seem worth anymore.

Our PD is Aug 2023, Indian born so not current on both charts. EB1A case. NVC sent us a mail asking for ds 260 and civil documents, and we sent them. Now we are DQ’ed as of 1st Nov, 2023. Does NVC take the forms early and then make people wait? Since right now there’s a long time before our PD becomes current
