soy un beneficiario de la i-134a y estoy preocupando por qué mi patrocinador me puso la petición en febrero y llevo 235 días esperando y todavía no sé nada
estoy un poco inconforme con el trabajo que estás realizando uscis y apesar que entiendo que hay miles de peticiónes en espera creo que los casos pendientes de febrero deberíamos recibir alguna respuesta o información del procesamiento de nuestros peticiones

I chatted Emma yesterday to ask what can I do as it is passing the announced processing time of 10 month at USCIS website. Emma told me just wait until dec-21-23 when I can leave an inquiry for “taking longer than normal processing”.
I know I have options of emergency AP (need evidence) or expedite AP through congressman (still need evidence as strong as for emergency AP). But mostly those evidences should be related to life or death matters of my family which I do not have…. Any recommendation?
National Benefit Center looks like not interested in I-131 approval except closing as benefit received by other means…

My PD is March 2023 and I opted for Consular processing as I didn't think I would be in the US at the time. Now, I got a b1b2 visa,
(1)Can I travel to the US and opt for AOS.
(2) Will the March PD be current for AOS in another 90 days?
