I am waiting more then 2 years no approval

I have been waiting since Aug 2022. I think only a few lucky ones got it early.

@Ivan R I have tried 3 times and they said they are processing the cases ahead of me. I applied on 08/19/2021. I saw many cases approved even they applied after me.

@sandman santos I am at NBC. I applied on Feb 14. Processing time is 9.5 months. When you go online and when you put the date when you applied it tells you when you can submit case inquiry. in my case it is January 27

@Greeen 2023 I’m in same situation. tomorrow i will be elegible to put survice request. Seem like even after that they will not approve according to your case. what can be done in that case?

mine was approved after 17 months.

@the future I have called Uscis and talked to the agent and she told me I need to wait until I get response for service request.

I did a renewal within 3 months it was approved, and was given AP document that last for 5 years.

@Ivan R I guess one has to wait till 18 months for inquiry because that’s the processing time it is showing in TSC.

I am waiting since Nov 2022.

@Ivan R I submitted an e-request inquiry today for my pending AP. But I guess it’s of no use. They might within a day or two send a email saying - “Case within processing time”.

@S SS whoever files for AOS is entitled for a combo card. I really do not understand why some people get it and some do not

@Ivan R Yes, things are chaotic.

@S SS hang in there.. we are also waiting for dependent AP approval since July 2022. Primary AP was approved in May 2023, but was not a combo card. Nothing else has moved since then..

@R V They did approve my spouse’s combo in June 2023.

@S SS I don’t know how to calculate the processing time of USCIS. for example: my case is at Houston FO. processing time for 485 is 31 months. i have been waiting for 32 months . when i try to submit the inquiry, it told : my case is normal processing time until May 2025. if i will wait until 2025 , that mean processing time is 50 months . that is so weird!

@S SS yes. my pd is current. i try to submit the inquiry, outside of processing time… but it appears “ normal processing time “ can’t be created until May 2025. my status is “ fingerprints….” over 400 days and nothing changes!

@PD 03/2020 help Ask your lawyer and explore options. I have to do the same. For me total 482 days of wait till now. My PD is also current. My case is now @ Brooklyn NY FO.

@the future I got message and it says we sent a response to your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time. I got that 3 times before

@Greeen 2023 i tried to talk with emma and try to figure it out but it didn’t help too. i guess the only option that left is yto expedite other than nothing is going to work

@the future I did one time for emergency and they requested some documents from my county to approve. I am tired of them.

@Greeen 2023 did you tried after your case was out of processing time or before?
