was put through with a live agent by Emma this morning.
She tells me that my combo card is approved 11/09 & is still being processed and to wait at least a month for it to be mailed.
She also confirmed that my interview was waived & that my AOS case is currently processing at NBC with 2 documents pending view. Once that’s done it should be forward for process in the local field of San Bernardino for final review with a decision .
I’m guessing that the estimate time of decision on my i-130 account saying 2 Months till decision isn’t that far off after all!!!!

Maintaining Legal Status with VAWA
HI guys,
My husband is an LPR and I am on H1. I have applied for VAWA full package in March and around the same time my H1 got approved. If i get my work permit should I work on my work permit or should I continue working on my H1? Can anyone help me with this situation. My H1 job is getting hectic by the day and I also have to take care of my son. SO i want to work on my work permit and look for another job so that I will be able to provide for my son. #Vawa #legal status

We filed an EBC1 green card application (multinational manager) on February 8. Concurrent I-140 and I-485. Priority date February 8, 2023, current. Country Spain. I-140 approved on September 4, no news since then and apparently the case is stuck in TSC. Last update was March 23, fingerprints taken. I would like to understand what we could really expect and if is possible that the case was transferred without notice. We need to receive the RFE for medical records, they were not submitted together with the filing
Someone else in this boat stuck at TSC? is something that I am missing and that is why they are not transferring the I-140 approved to a field office?#EB1C#TSC
