Alhamdoulilah Thanks God, my Greend card is Approved on October 29 and card produced yesterday October 2. it was a long and stressful case. I don't even know where to start, I applied my first case on sept 22 2021 and my first case was denied in May 2022. in July 2022 I apply a new case, in December 2022 I receive RFE for I-130 I send documents in February 2nd and 2 days after my case i-130 was approved. but unfortunately it was the first case i-130(I don’t know why they send me RFE to the first case and approved while the first i-485 was already denied . in April 2003 New York field office send me an email to ask me a medical, I did it again and bring it to the field office one week later. then few months after I received the same RFE that I received for my i-130 in the first case 2 days after my lawyer send the documents but after 70 days i didn’t receive confirmation from USCIS, I was very stressed cuz I just have 87 days to send the documents if not they will take a decision, that's when I came to this forum to express my concerns and people advised me, telling me to send the documents again by myself and not wait for the lawyer who told me that it was unnecessary to send again. (a very lazy lawyer). then I send it and track the usps number 3 days after the usps confirms me that the document was delivered at the New York field office. I was still stressed cuz the deadline was approaching.
on October 29 my i-485 was approved , then the i-130 approved on October 30..
I’d like to say thanks to all members of this community, Your advices and help helped me a lot to follow this case. I learned a lot about immigration thanks to this forum. my last words is good luck and be patient to all people who are waiting for their case. inchalah everything gonna be alright, and if your case is denied don’t worry do it again.

about passport receive:
I attend my interview 3 days ago and it was good.
officer said “ congratulations your visa is confirmed “ so, how long does it take me to receive my passport. and where I can receive my passport.
do I need to go in embassy to pickup my passport or I can get it near my location??
Employment based I-485 approved with Writ of mandamus
My employment based I-485 was pending for almost a year and I submitted my senator inquiry a few times but only getting templated response.
I have a clean and strong case so I don't understand what makes it taking so long while everyone else who submitted their application has gotten approval already.
Eventually I decided to file WoM when getting close to 12 months of pending with the thought that this won't do any harm at least.
I got my case approved after 30 days law suit was filed. So I think it is reasonable to credit to the WoM.

NVC Pay fees not active to proceed
#NVC after the approval from USCIS i received a NVC case number and I logged in, but i can’t submit my documents to proceed with my application and I can’t pay fees its not active on the website, is this normal? and if so how long would it take to be active on the website?
