I submitted the I485, I130, & I765 in May, few weeks later I received my letter of receipt and online account code. Since then I did my biometrics and then everything just stalled. Yesterday my husband, and petitioner on the i130 received the account letter. Anyone with similar experience? Is this a good sign?

Hi guys,
My PD is July 2022 and I fall in “other workers” category. I was doing some research and found this campaign to sign a petition for the congressman of your area to bring up the issue of the visa retrogression which for my category is currently PD December 2020. This petition is to be able to get the EAD and advanced parole (travel permit) once the I-140 is approved instead of having to wait until the opportunity to file I-145 which with this retrogression will take forever.

Hi,
So as what I heard that you should pay $220 fees for your green card processing before u arrive to the us then they will give you an IOE tracking code to track your green card . So what happened to me is that I was exempt from paying that fees and now I dont know the tracking code , Is there anyway possible to get that code??
