Help about application being reviewed for the 2nd time
I’ve filed for my husband last November but haven’t heard anything back, however today they said actively reviewed for the 2nd time. the 1st time being reviewed was December of last year.
Any help on what this means and if it will take about another year?

Returned I-693 with rejected form I-131
I filled Forms I-485, I-765, and I-131 concurrently. My Form I-131 was rejected because it was not properly filled, but my Form I-693 was included in the envelope, already opened with their stamp. Anyone had this experience before? I have called their service center but couldn't talk to a life agent. Any suggestions on what else to do?

Has someone here in the community ever tried with a Writ of Mandamus threatening letter before?
Hello community! I'm considering to send a Writ of Mandamus threatening letter. My case is out of processing time and I already did inquiries, wrote to Ombudsman, Congressman. My PD is 4/13/2022, My I-130 was approved 2 years ago and no interview scheduled. I had RFE for medical exams and I sent them on August 14th. What else is USCIS waiting for to scheduled an Interview or approved my case??
