My work permit and advance Parole was approved after filing concurrently on April 2023. After reading through lawfully I come to the realization that concurrently filing wasn’t an option because of issues with visa backlog. Another week and still waiting. It is like there is no logic how USCIS approve cases. some approved in few months and other in years. So you can't even use logic

EB-2NIW self-petition PD: 1/6/23 (301 days to date) RFE receipt: June 1, 2023 (155 days to date) I contacted my congressman, whose office attempted to expedite my case but was denied on October 13, 2023. Reason: USCIS does not believe, based on a review of my request, that my case meets one or more of the expedited criteria and otherwise merits expedited processing. Humanitarian reason was the reason for my expedited action. I want to apply for premium processing (PP) as my wife (Certified Respiratory Therapist) needs to work. For those of you, who had an interview for i485 with eb3 unskilled visa, How long does it usually take to get i485 status changed from fingerprint fee was received to interview scheduled? My PD is Mar 2022, and the combo card was delivered last month, Oct 2023. Are there any possibility to get interview scheduled any time sooner than Feb 2024? I’m curious.

What does CRP means for EAD ( EB1 India)

My priority date is not current and today my I-485 moved to case remains pending. Does it mean that my EAD may get delayed as well? I did my biometrics already and I-765 shows fingerprint my was applied to my case on Sept 7.
