request for evidence
need help understanding what to send for RFE:
received a request for evidence for a section in form 485 that was completed wrong. The notice asks to correct the section that was wrong then date and sign next to each answer.
Question is: Do I need to submit the entire form again with the updated section signed & dated OR do I submit only the section that needed correction?

Case Remains Pending
I received an update stating that they will stop working on my case because there are no green cards available at the moment. This update came after I submitted the Request for Evidence (RFE) with a medical examination my case is on the Orlando Field Office. Does this mean that I won't have an interview? And when my case becomes current they will issue my green card, My case status now is CRP

December 2019 – contract signed with BDV.
Sponsor chose in NH and the LC was supposed to be filled at APRIL 2020.
COVID HIT.
APRIL 2020 - sponsor drop out (restaurant closed because of the COVID)
JULY 2020 - LC filled with a new sponsor in SC.
MARCH 2021- LC Audit.
JUNE 2021- LC approved.
AUGUST 2021 – I-140/I-765/I-130/I-485 filed.
SEPTEMBER 2021- I-140 approved.
NOVEMBER 2021- Biometrics / courtesy letter from USCIS about medical exams.
DECEMBER 2021- Medical exams sent.
DECEMBER 2022- I-765/I-130 Approved.
MARCH 2023- Started working for sponsor.
MAY 2023- RFE (medical exams expired)
APRIL 2023 – Medicals sent.
10/26/2023- New card is being produced.
10/27/2023- Case Approved
11/02/2023 – Card arrived.

how long it will take after I filed my ds-5535
I am wondering if some one is experiencing same waiting times, after submitting all my documentation and been schedule and interview in Colombia embacy, I was requested by the official to fill out the form ds-5535 who also kept my passport and void my tourist visa, even though the oficial said it will not take longer than a month after my submission, is two months and counting every day to get my visa, my wife is already a green card holder, same as my daughter. is anyone experiencing something similar? any idea on how long it may take or what can I do?
Citizenship
I have heard and read on the UCIS website that it is possible to apply for Citizenship with a 2 year conditional greencard if you have been married for three years..so instead of applying for the 10tear to remove the condition..you bypass and apply for citizenship..has anyone had anything about this..and how to go by it?
