reused biometrics?
does anyone know if USCIS reusing biometrics might make my case process faster? i had a denied i140 on a concurrent filing attempt in 2021 (had a useless lawyer who submitted a terrible case) but i got a notice they’re reusing the biometrics i did for that

hopefully it will. I’m Australian, EB1A as well. I-485 got submitted on 23 Aug. Received EAD 2 weeks ago. which was quicker than I expected. still waiting for GC though

No, got transferred to Newark FO two weeks ago, which is on the other side of the country to where I live (California). So not sure what that means. hopefully something good!

@Laura S my case is at nbc too my case was denied in may 2023 and refile in June 2023 they used my biometrics, so i didn’t go to take my biometrics again .
