I contacted my congressman about two weeks ago he emailed me and told me that they sent an inquiry but I haven't heard from them since

@kj ward ,@jet blue,tish squirewell,Mariam Hernandez Teran: I submitted on July 2021, I did not request for Expidate,I told them circumstances, I told them ,I’m stuck with file .RFE medical submitted 2nd time(initially submitted2021, and expired,only valid 2years)and waited for reply. 101 days,but no reply from USCIS . congregational enquiry asked me to wait 30 days , before I got decision

@Andrew Andrew let me ask you and first I congratulate you, my case timeline is almost the same as yours, Nov 2021, I have really waited and nothing has come up, so we’re you an Asylee before you filed your papers, in my case I was and I have been thinking that maybe one case is delaying the other, I filed under marriage there after, am now about to clock 800 days, am thinking to contact congressman!

@sheero mwas , I was sending every 30 days service request to USCIS,past 1 year. no wonder you get reply like this .. “We are experiencing a high volume of applications. Your case is awaiting review. You do not need to do anything at this time. If we need any information from you, we will mail you a request for evidence at your current address on file with USCIS. When we make a decision on your case, we will mail a notice to you or your representative at the address you gave us. Please note that processing times are estimates and are not a guarantee that applications will be processed within a specific timeframe. Individual processing times vary. Once further action is taken, notice will be sent to the address of record. It is important that you carefully follow the instructions outlined on any future notice that you might receive. We assure you that we are working to complete the adjudication of your application as quickly as available resources allow. If you have not received notice of further action within 90 days of this response, please feel free to submit a new request to the USCIS Contact Center for additional assistance” This is what time goes like 90…120…180 days and years. when you contact congressman (this is your luck ,if they are popular or multitasking staff) other wise they(congressman )going to ask you wait for reply(30 to 90days) from USCIS, congressman send you reply by mail like that usually . when congressman get reply from USCIS,they usually forwarded to you by mail.(that is , off course says wait for 90days. otherwise initially congressman send you mail like this I am ……,…, your assigned caseworker. I am writing to inform you that I have successfully submitted an inquiry to the USCIS …(your field office)..Field Office on your behalf. Once I receive a response, I will notify you as soon as possible. I must also inform you that while I will do all that I can to assist you, I am unable to dictate or override agency decisions due to federal ethics rules. my friend, understand, Everything is under controlled by bureaucracies with unupdated -useless system for public services in the USA. they don’t care about our family and intimacy. wait ,wait and wait (we lose our patience)
