@kai naz my friend I just noticed that you got your Asylum status in April and you file for the adjustment of status later in May. You are in a high risk of rejection because you will not satisfy the one year presence rule. I sincerely wish you it's not going to happen to you but once again it's a very very high chance.

@Alex B my lawyer advised to file right after 1 month so I we did together. He said that it will take at least 16 month. l will pray officer will pick up my file after April 1st😃

@Ish rath all I know, anyone who has wee vaiver granted, have their cases processed faster than official line. Author of this post is another confirmation of that.

@test User you are correct, if they review your case before February it will be rejected. Since you filed in June and current process time 9-10 months you shall be ok.
