Hi everyone, has anyone with an I-130 at the Texas Service Center been approved recently? Please share your priority date and approval time. My filling date was November 8 2024
I contacted uscis yesterday and they say this
The case is under review with the Texas service center. The office is not requesting anything from you at this time. Once the reviews are completed the case will be placed in line for adjudication.

waiting on A-file for decision to be made
Hi, attended an interview recently and everything went well. The officer seemed ready to give an approval but stated they were waiting for the physical copy of the A-file to be delivered to the local field office for review. Has anyone experienced this? If so, how long does it typically take for the local field office to receive this file?

Please I need help. I have an approved i-140 and my priority date is current this month ( February). My employer is not willing to submit my 485 and 765 as I am from Nigeria / Part of banned countries.
