Marriage based green card
Most important advise I would share is to have as many documents showing your finances shared with your partner as possible. We married two years after meeting each other and we had a lot of photos together, a lease with our names, utilities were split but we showed who paid for electricity and who paid for the internet; we didn’t have joint account and that was a burden to show that we still split expenses fairly (doesn’t have to be equal, if the incomes are different); we showed that we were on each other’s insurance (not all, but at least life insurance).
We presented documents from a year leading to us getting married to present day. All bills were for that period (a lot of printing).
Any concerts, trips are helpful to show with the itineraries, invoices, etc.
Also important to have state ID/driver license with the current address where you both live.

prayers for us that are tired of waiting.
Heavenly Father,
We lift up all who are waiting for their green cards and immigration approvals. You see every delay, every moment of worry, and every tear shed in this journey. Lord, grant us patience, strength, and peace as we wait.
Bless the officers and decision-makers with wisdom, fairness, and compassion as they review each case. Provide protection, favor, and provision for every family in this process. May doors open, obstacles be removed, and approvals come in Your perfect timing.
We trust that Your plans are greater than our fears, and we believe You will make a way for stability, security, and a brighter future.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
a few Bible verses that can help you through our journeys
Jeremiah 29:11
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
2. Psalm 27:14
“Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.”
3. Isaiah 41:10
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
4. Philippians 4:6-7
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
5. Exodus 14:14
“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
6. Romans 8:28
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
7. Psalm 46:1

Service Request (Non-Delivery) – Still No Reply from USCIS
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice because I’m a bit stuck with my I-751 case.
On June 24, 2025, USCIS sent me a Request for Initial Evidence (RFE) for my Form I-751 (Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence). Unfortunately, I never received the notice in the mail.
I submitted a Non-Delivery of Notice service request and received a Service Request ID: SR11902503871YSC. USCIS said I should expect a reply by August 8, 2025, but today is already August 17 and I still haven’t received anything back.
Has anyone here experienced something similar? How long did it take for you to get a response or a reissued RFE after submitting a non-delivery request? Do you recommend that I call USCIS now, or should I wait a bit longer?
Any advice or shared experiences would be really appreciated. Thanks!
rfie came
I posted before about the rfie I got it last Friday
they were about
- birth certificate ( valid ) I don’t know what does mean valid birth certificates! but I sent them one before without l translation so maybe I need to translate it
