Hi everyone, I just filed N400 and got biometric appointment scheduled in 2 weeks. However, I realized that I did not sen any photos when filing since it didnt mention about photos. I submitted ALL other requested evidence. Does it really matter? Can I submit the photos now or just wait and bring it to the interview? TIA.

Does anyone have the same situation as I am (19 years old under mother’s vawa). They sent something but usps failed to deliver, we called already and the address has been adjusted, and we haven’t received anything till now. Please enlighten me because I’ve been really an overthinker on this journey because mom filed on March of 2022, Also they sent something on April of 2024 but usps failed to deliver again which repeatedly happen on August of 2025. I don’t know what’s in that mail, but I’m also terrified. I’ve longing for an approval for my i-765 and for my 10 year green card. Also I don’t see my i-485 receipt, or is it under the i-360 (all one together? Pls help me

emergency parole
My brother back home was suddenly diagnosed with kidney cancer, and it has spread to his liver and lungs. 😭😭😭
My question is — please, please answer me.
I want to go to my home country to see him.
I came to the USA on a K-1 visa. My husband was abusive, and I separated from him after 11 months and 23 days. We separated, and we never went to the interview. He also never approached me for the interview.
However, he used to contact my parents back home almost daily and emailed me asking to reconcile, but he never asked me to go for the interview. I also did not go because I was not mentally stable due to the abuse.
My lawyer never applied for my travel permit. I currently have a work permit, and I am working legally. My I-360 application has been pending since March 2023.
If I apply for emergency Advance Parole, what are the chances that it will be approved?
If I receive Advance Parole, is it safe for me to travel from Houston, Texas and return to the USA?
Please guide me.
And please remember my brother in your prayers.
Ameen.
Thanks in advance.
Marriage based green card
Hi Everyone , I am new to this community and I want to explain my case so I can get some insights and see if anyone has gone through same process.
I entered the country through the border in California 2022 , i was taken to detention by border patrol c i did and passed my credible fear , I was then paroled into the US from ice. Fast forward I lost my asylum case in 2023 and appealed immediately , In 2024 I married my spouse who is actively serving in the navy . now I have filled for I-130 and I-131 which is the military parole in place which are both still processing, I applied for both last year , 1 in August and other in September. Please has anyone gone through Same process and was able to receive their green card through marriage.
Looking for a highly experienced attorney for NOID response (EB3)
Hello everyone, I’m urgently looking for recommendations for a immigration attorney with deep expertise in employment-based green card cases, specifically someone who has a strong track record in handling NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) responses. This is an urgent matter, so any solid referrals would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
