Don’t see I-485 case online, only I-130
Hello guys, My spouse the petitioner filed I-130 for me and I filed the I-485 and I-765 by mail and received receipt numbers for them but I don’t see the cases on my petitioner account, we only see the I-130! Do I need to create another account for I-485 and I-765?

i-601a waiver for unlawful presence
i just sent an expedite request 4 days ago for my i-601A waiver submitted on december, 2021. Uscis responded saying that it meets the minimum requirements to be looked at and they will contact me back within 10 days about it. has anybody else gone through this before? how likely is it to get an approval soon given the fact that my case is at 44 months now.
EB3 OW October VB Prediction
Disclaimer: These are my predictions and could be wrong.
Visa bulletin will advance to August 2021 for Final Action date and September 2021 for Date of Filing for October. Appromiately there are 3000 approved I-485 for the year of 2021
it should move a few months until all the cases of 2021 are completed which would be around Q2 to Q3 of 2026. Again we still do not know the DOS cases or those who have not filed for i485 yet. We need to keep them in account.
It will remain stagnant until Q2 2026 when we should see some positive movement. 2022 cases at the best will be able to file by Q2 2026. The backlog of 2022 case is huge. BDV alone was fling for 500+ labor in a month. 2022 cases will take until the end of 2029 to clear out as there are significantly higher CP process for 2022.
Applicants who have their priority date befor May of 2022 should be pretty quick. There are around 1500 i485 filed. After that we do not have the data, based on the submission of BDV alone there are more than 5000 applicants for later half of 2022.
So if you are earlier than May of 2022 you have pretty good chance of getting green card by the EOD 2027 but you should be able to file by 2026. Rest will have their dates extended until 2029.
2023 cases have it even worst. 2023 cases will take upwards of 5 years to complete.
Note: Only BDV agents will disagree to this as they like to give unrealistic expectations to new applicants.
Question About Visa Process for Haitian Child Case Transferred to U.S. Embassy in Dominican Republic
Can someone please explain how the process works after a child’s immigrant visa case has been transferred to the U.S. Embassy in the Dominican Republic?
My child is a Haitian citizen living in Haiti, and we have been waiting for an appointment for over three years. I need clarification on:
*Whether the police report should come from Haiti or the Dominican Republic.
*What proof of residency, if any, must be provided.
*The required documents related to the visa and what information needs to be submitted to the NVC.
Any guidance on these steps would be greatly appreciated.
H-1B Approved → Then RFE? Still Waiting for USCIS Letter
Hi everyone,
I’m a bit confused about my case and hoping someone has gone through something similar. My H-1B petition (Form I-129) showed as approved on July 28th in the USCIS portal, but on August 4th the status changed to Request for Evidence (RFE). I haven’t received the physical notice yet, so I’m waiting for the official letter from USCIS to know more.
Has anyone experienced an approval status first and then an RFE later? Was it a system glitch or related to something else? Any insights would be greatly appreciated
Collecting biometrics twice
USCIS received my case on July 2nd. They sent a letter to collect biometrics on July 18th and my appointment was on August 5th. Everything was great until I received a letter on August 10th telling me to go there and collect biometrics on August 22nd. What’s up with that? 😅
Few points to consider:
1- I applied for AOS and WP only, I didn’t apply for travel permit;
2- My WP was denied because of a little mistake, which I fixed, sent back, and they accepted it;
3- On the first biometrics letter, in the “case type” section, it says “I-485 Adjustment of Status”, on the second biometrics letter, in the “case type” section, it says “I-765 Employement Authorization”.
Is it possible that they are making me collect biometrics for AOS and WP separately because my WP was denied at first?
I have never ever heard of anyone needing to collect biometrics twice.
