Emma told me my I-130 form transferred to my field office at this 13th November for jurisdiction. anyone here on same experience how long did you guys had to wait to get approved?

advance parole
Will it help to provide letter of explanation why you’re requesting for advance parole? I already submitted my application and it was received by USCIS last 10/19/23. Status remains the same “received” but my i-485, i-130 and i-765 changed to “actively being reviewed”. Just wondering if it would if I upload a letter or justification on the uscis website. Thanks in advance!
congressman and senator are BOTH working on my case
so, I’ve got both the senator and congressman working on my case.. and I submitted a case inquiry as well a week ago.. Mandamus in January if I don’t get approved soon.
