Yes, I came to the US on a J1 visa and initially received an Advisory Opinion (AO) for my first DS2019, confirming I was Not Subject. Later, I transferred my J1 to another university, resulting in a change in the program number. Consequently, I had to request a new AO from USCIS for my updated DS2019. I anticipate receiving the response around mid-February, and once I do, I'll submit it. I am confident about being Not Subject as my DS2019 doesn't mention anything related to being Subject. I'm curious if anyone else here is in a similar situation.
