spouse visa nvc qualify documents and send to embassy
hi friends I am from Pakistan and stay in Mexico nvc qualify everything and case send to Mexico embassy almost 3 months done but I don't get interview how much time take please someone has experience so share with me . and how much days it's take the interview
I received a combo approval (EAD with i512 endorsement for advance parole).
It took 100 days for he approval to come through. Still need clarity on how to use the combo card. The USCIS portal still says my 131A is processing.

our i485 got denied in October and we filed for i290b motion to reconsider/reopen. just received update that i485 is being reviewed again.does that mean i290b is approved?
i truly hope the i485 got approved this time😫

i have recieved an online notification from usps that I am expecting a letter from USCIS today.
its been 3 months since I filed my i-140 form, so it could be a correspondence related to that, the problem is that the online status of the case hasn’t changed. (its still in recieved status).
any idea what letter it could be ? if an RFE , why isnt the online status not updating?
