Long processing time EB3 Other Workers
Guys, If your PD is September 2022 and now you check the PD for Final Action is Sep 2020, It does not mean that you may receive your green card in the next 2 years if you already file your I-485. If A LOT of people filed their I-485s in 2021 and 2022 with their PDs are on within 2020, 2021, and 2022, the processing time will take much longer than 2 years, even 7,8 years and you may receive your GR in 2028 or 2029. I am here with my first expectation to work for my sponsor employer for 1 year or 1 year and 6 months. Now it seems so vague about how long that we have to wait just based on our PD. We need to know the total I-485 pending applicants and how many green cards are issued per year. I heard someone said USCIS only issues 4000-5000 Green cards per year for other workers, not 10000. Please clarify with me if it is true. it is important to know how many people submit their I-140 or I-485 during these years in 2021, 2022 before the Filing Date went back to 2020.

My PD is 10/21. I think that in the course of the next one year, the period will be covered. Of course, I want everyone to be happy as soon as possible. #OW

Thanks for sharing. I did it on the App "Inmigra USA" the community of Immigrants in the United States. inmigrausa.com There are immigration lawyers and free collaborators. Stay up to date on news of interest to the Latino community. Search Inmigrate USA. I chose the Florida community, it looks like they are starting now, so I recommend you choose Florida. Busca inmigra USA el app del inmigrante, de verdad es muy buena tambien. Thanks!!!
