Finally Greened
It has been a long journey full of emotions. Here's some key moments:
1. On F1 visa from 2014 to 2022.
2. Was not selected in h1b lottery of 2022.
3. Applied for O1 (extra ordinary skills) in June 2022. Switched to premium processing in Sept 2022 and got approval in 10 days.
4. In Dec 2022, I applied for i140 eb1b. My application was approved in Jan 2023 (55ish days) without premium processing.
5. In Mmarch 2023, I submitted i765, i131, and i485 for me and my 2 dependents
6. Did fingerprints in April 2023.
7. My child and I got i765 approved, then my wife
8. I got RFE in July about a previous criminal record which I did not mention in my application mistakenly.
9. I replied to RFE in Sept. While preparing my reply to RFE i was called by the Field office officer to expdite sending my reply. He said if reply before end of Sept, i can quickly get my case adjuncted.
9. My wife got i131 approved before me.
10. My child never got her i131 approved.
11. Last week, the three of us got the i1485 approved ( almost 8 minths).
Thanks to Almighty Allah. Good luck everyone.

RFE
It has been seven months since my VAWA approval, and to date, I haven't received any Request for Evidence (RFE). Currently, I find myself in a state of uncertainty, wondering if there are any actions I need to take at this point.
Could you please advise on whether there are additional steps I should be considering or if standing still is the appropriate course of action in this situation?
Question on timing
we filed I-130 two years ago, and was approved February of this year (I was a green card holder), I became a citizen this past August, and we filed for adjustment of status, we just went for my hubs biometrics appointment yesterday, just wondering if the process is gonna take longer, or having the I-130 approved helps ?
someone with something similar???
so far i130-✔️ i765-✔️i131- 🚫i485-🚫
so far i130 and 765 got approved waiting on the court to terminate the removal proceeding then refill i485 and i131
