anyone has the same time line ? didn’t get anything still waiting. I have contacted the congressman as well and he said my case is not been overlooked I have wait till decisions. and waiting for vawa since 26 months and till now not getting single work permit

#400 oath ceremony done
I got a call on 12/28/23 to pick a date for my oath which seemed odd. I had to ask if it was a joke but I picked today and I was sworn in today. my journey has ended started in 2016 longtime coming though. any questions I can surely help. I used lawyers but I was very involved. my previous post has my timeline but I can provide it if asked. all the best people. God is faithful

travel and work permit process and finger prints
hi, this question goes for those who applied for work and travel permit renewal.
I applied Vawa with 131, 765 and 485 in August 2023. I received receipt notice for all in October. about 3 weeks ago, 131 status changed to “fingerprints taken” from my old gc marriage petition that has been void. and I don’t see “fingerprints taken” on 765 status yet.
is it normal?
are they going to be processed together or separately in your experience?

Hey Guys so I had posted this a while back but now that my interview is only a few days away I’m a bit nervous and figured post again and see if anyone has a similar experience.
When I was 17 I got arrested for shoplifting and the case was dismissed. I did disclose this to Uscis and mailed the deposition paper along with application. I’m only nervous because it was so long ago and I’m concerned they will hold it against me. I’ve never had any other authority involvement and it’s been almost 20 years.
Anyone else had an arrest and have gone through the interview? How was it?

Removal of Conditions
I wanted to know how the removal of Conditions process work. I recently found a job in a different city and my wife has a job in the same city we lived in. the job market is currently a mess and we both love our jobs how can we navigate this hurdle in light of our i751 removal of Conditions Application. we still have 18 months but we wait to get ahead of it.
my case is 130 and nvc approved everything now he s schedule the interview but I am waiting for 4months but I don't get how many days it's take to schedule the interview
