greencars approved but no advance parole
hello all my moms greencard was approved while she was abroad , she left in midde of process due to some emergency and we had no time for advance parole. can she come bsck with that greencard?

@sam kumar Do you have the greencard in hand? when you get it. you will be better of taking the card to her. Because when you are in a AOS you are not allowed to leave the country with out advance parole.unless you have a current visa if you do you are considered abandoned process or visa terms and requirements and all legally etc. etc. etc.
you are just lucky ... that is if you are AOS.
