need supporting documents to prove marriage. I submitted bank statements and other documents with my case. My attorney said earlier they send RFE but she surprised to see NOID for the case

yeah, my NOID come from Atlanta Field Office. you just have 30 days to send the Documents.

Don't worry about it, they do the same with me and I send the same document that I sent along with all the documents with the application and I received approval immediately. I'm just waiting for my account to change from actively reviewing to approved. but the approval letter it’s in the online account.

@S P You can submit to the NOID on your own. Tell your lawyer to go pound sand. $1500 to just send the the evidence which you are going to send, your lawyer will not do anything different than what you will do.

I sent it. but marriage was just 2 months old so I don't have joint lease agreement and taxes or insurance but I sent pictures, bank statements, driver license copy with same address etc

@William u I send new evidence to my lawyer 4 months before as my application is pending to upload online. but that time she said just wait for RFE

Respond to the NOID yourself and try to submit new evidence if you have any.

@S P We send letters from people close to us, from my children, our parents, friends, photos of vacations together, receipts from banks and remittances, from flights together. All that, but the proof they asked me for was my divorce, which they already had, and I sent it again but with a code where they could verify online that it was legal. I hope it helps you. @Lil san 30/1/23 we submit 4/2/2023 first Act. review 29/12/2023 RFE from Uscis, I sent the evidence 12/1/2024 and I didn’t hear anything back from Uscis until yesterday, they updated, and immediately like 5 minutes later I saw the approval letter and my document tab and today my status changed from actively reviewing to approved
