hey how are you me and fiance just in process of k1 visa , any other guys from same category can tell me how much timeline this year's is USCIS taking to give k1 visa

I filed mine on Feb 2023 and still haven’t heard anything from them

Usually it takes 10-14 months!

I saw 10-15months from their website ….
I know of a friend hers lasted for 13months, that’s including USCIS approval and NVC approval of her and child

so it all depends , USCIS can take 6-8months to approve while NVS takes 4months …. all these differs in each persons case so far your supporting documents are found to be complete for them

once you have a RFE, it delays your case and prolong your processing time..
