RFE for Birth Certificate India
I’ve finally got my 2nd RFE, requesting for a birth certificate. Is USCIS not accepting a signed affidavit used at the time of filing. Anyone faced this situation before? Also, my wife and child status has moved from RFE to case pending they haven’t received their notices in mail or through the e request we raised ?
I will be getting my birth certificate in a couple of days. Anyone with similar experience please share
Card in production timeline
Finally, my i485 got approved on Dec 29th (super grateful for that) But I haven’t received the card yet. When I spoke to Emma, the card is sent for production but not produced. Anyone with similar timeline got their card yet?

any EB1A approvals from NBC in Jan 2024
update- I found through Emma chat today that my case is under review at NBC and no documents are needed from side. does it mean anything or just a routine thing?
I applied in july 2023 when my dates were current. but then the dates retrogressed but my case never went to CRP. my case is at NBC and my receipt starts with MSC. since jan 2024 my priority date is current. any idea when my i485 will be approved. dec 2017 is priority date. thanks
I-131 Denial
USCI S denied my I-131 stating I have a final order of deportation. But that final order was TERMINATED in July 2023 by the BIA and a copy was submitted with the I-131 application in August 2023. Strange enough, the I-765 filed with the I-131 was APPROVED but the I-131 was DENIED. Could anyone tell me if they had a similar experience? What do I do? I can't just make sense of it. #
