Work Authorization
Hi everyone, I filed my petition in 2021 and received a Prima Facie Determination which expires in 2023, I haven't received another one. in December 2023 I received again, receipt which stated that uscis had received my application with the first initial dates I sent them. I applied for work authorization in 2022 and was denied for lack of enough evidence. have this happened to anyone else, should I be worried

i think you didn't do right form, work authorization doesn't need any evidence if you have form 485/ change of status pending

i filed VAWA based on marriage. I filed all forms togather, the person that did my papers file a regular I765

Can I now file another i765 (C09) now. I can't afford a lawyer. I am living in the shelter with my kids, trying to find a job but haven't been able to. I have been doing a lot of reading on VAWA am just praying for the best at this point

they stopped sending me one, the last one expired back in November 2023. I used to get them every six months automatically since may 2021.
