Myself and my lawyer have submitted several expedite requests. My congesssman has sent at least 4 congressional inquires. Everytime it’s been denied. It doesn’t delay, they just send you a standard email of “you’re in normal processing time” if you’re denied, and a welcome letter if you’re approved👍
