I’m in the Dane club.. I-130 pending since April 2022

Mine is in Charleston. PD: March 2022. I-130 was approved 5 months ago, still waiting for I-485.

I hope too! I sent medical with package and now they are expired. I’m going to get a RFE for it 😫

@Yanz . click on my id. you can see my timeline. also if your processing time is overdue you can request inquire and they will find your statue and tell you what to do. they requested me medical document. and i sent to my lawyer and this monday they got my document and tuesday i130 approved first and then i485 approved

@hh se ok. my I130 has been approved since 2021. Not sure why they're taking so long to process I485

@Yanz . do you live USA? or out of country? because my case is concurrent.

have you check your processing time from uscis website?

@Yanz . because once again i checked my processing time and my case was overdue, so i contacted to emma and connect to livechat. agency did request inquired and after 3 weeks they contacted me.

I checked my processing my and it's past due. I chatted with Emma live agent a few weeks ago and was told my interview will be waived but still no communication. I sent in case inquiry and the reposnse was that my case is being reviewed and should only contact them again if I don't hear anything in the next 90 days.

@Yanz . ummm i did samething. i got RFE and updated. after 1-2day my case is approved

hey!! have you try contacting the senate?? they helped me, and I also submitted an inquiry on the uscis website!

I've tried that and I've submitted inquiry and they keep telling me I should continue to wait. I'm so frustrated
