I have done my interview and a visa wasn’t available to me at the time and got an RFE for a W2, responded the RFE 100 days ago and no updates, PD is current now.
Is it time to sue them?

My children documents was filed 4months ago I got acceptance letter that the files are at Texas service center. I called USCIS today to check on the documents they told me their files are at Vermont service center smh should I be worried because I read some back experience on here and also reading the reviews online.
Travelling on an expiring conditional greencard
My spouse based conditional greencard is set to expire in aug 2024. I’ll be applying for the removal of conditions in May 2024.
I have 2 weeks of international travel plans in April 2024. I’m wondering if there would be any issues to re-enter the US in April? how close to the expiration can you still re-enter?
Insights on this would be much appreciated!
Call From Department of Homeland Security
My green card is under process. I had to get my visa status R1 renewed so that my status is valid during this time. My R1 got approved in Sep 2023. But today somebody from Department of Homeland Security called my sponsor and then half an hour later she called me regarding this R1 application that was submitted in July 2023. Her voice message says she wants a call back. Has anyone experienced something like this ?? It just doesn't feel right.
