Sept 2023 filler. i still haven't received any biometrics for any application so far

i did not get. i heard from some people in this app that they did not get PF, but got ead @Alix map

i filed all 360,485,765 together and got receipts at end of september 2023 @be positive ☺️

@luck better check your 765 receipt notice it should state the category which you filed for. c09 or c31. my first ead card took 14 months processing

@T EndlessWait Which category was your first EAD? c31 or c09?

C31 is only hiven after your i360 has been approved and it doesn’t require filling any other form, is already on your i360 form. But for EAD of C09, you file it separately using the form i765. if your spouse is an American Citizen, you can file for i485 which will enable you to file for i765 and i131 simultaneously

filing date is at end of sep 2023 and got biometrics for mid feb @be positive ☺️

but my biometrics only shows its for 360, 485. i dont see 765 on it. Not sure if i get 2nd biometrics or not @T EndlessWait ,@be positive ☺️

@luck better they will use the 485 finger prints for your 765. they did that with mine too. no need for second biometrics appointment

we submitted vawa July 2023 along with 765 did biometrics November 15th 2023 and got the approval on form i131 and i765 on February 1st 2024 and got the combo card on February 20th (our category was c09)

Thank you for Info @didi s . what is validity of EAD and did you get biometrics for i765? i got biometrics for 485 and after my biometrics is done, only 485 status got updated to fingerprints done. just want to check if similar things happened to you

@luck better he got the combo card for 5 years and the biometrics where done for I-485 and I-360. yes it does show that biometrics are done for I-485

@Babajide Success looks like my attorney filed 765 with c31 and i am planning to send form correction to uscis to update it to c09. do you know where should i mail this? is it to Nebraska or vermont service center
